YR SPACE currently has casual opportunities available supporting NDIS participants aged between 6 and 18 through the delivery of structured centre-based and community-based disability supports during scheduled program periods throughout the year.
In this role, you will support participants to work towards their individual NDIS goals while assisting with a range of structured activities and supports in both centre-based and community settings. Supports may include:

personal care and daily living assistance

facilitating social participation and community engagement

supporting communication, independence, and relationship-building skills

assisting participants to engage in structured group activities and community experiences

implementing positive behaviour support strategies where required
We are looking for team-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn new skills and can demonstrate an understanding of, or willingness to work within, a Program-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework.
