This training is delivered as internal Professional Development (PD) to strengthen staff understanding of restrictive practices under the NDIS framework.

It is designed to support compliance with the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and relevant Victorian oversight requirements, including those of the Victorian Senior Practitioner.

This session is not an accredited qualification and does not authorise participants to implement restrictive practices independently. It is intended to build knowledge, awareness and safe practice within the scope of staff roles.

The training was developed by Luke Adams, who has over 20 years’ experience working in the disability sector, including operational leadership, behaviour support environments, compliance management, and direct support practice.
