Current Staff

YR SPACE provides staff with access to operational information, policies, procedures, onboarding materials, safeguarding resources, mandatory training information, and other documentation required to support safe, effective, and person-centred service delivery.

To support privacy, document control, version management, and operational governance, staff resources and internal operational documents are available through a password-protected staff information area.

Current Staff Section

Access to the password-protected staff resources section is available to current YR SPACE staff and authorised personnel only. Password and access information will be provided by Program Management during the onboarding and induction process or upon request.

The staff resources section may include information and documentation relating to:

• Staff onboarding and induction

• Mandatory training requirements

• Policies and procedures

• Safeguarding and child safety

• Incident management and reporting

• Behaviour support and restrictive practices

• Health, safety, and risk management

• Operational processes and participant supports

• Quality and compliance information

• Staff forms, templates, and operational resources

YR SPACE is committed to maintaining accurate, current, and version-controlled documentation to support quality service delivery, participant safety, and compliance with relevant legislative and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
