Hello everybody,
Further to my email sent on the 18th of October titled 'Important Update Regarding Program Name & NDIS Update', regarding our name change and recent changes from the NDIS, there has still been some confusion from some plan managers.
If you access YR SPACE and have difficulty in having invoices processed, then please reach out to your LAC (Local Area Coordinator) via email or phone and they will assist as much as possible (this may include contacting the plan managers on your behalf to confirm that your funding can be accessed, and that they have deemed that you can use your funding to access our service.)
If you don’t have the contact details of your LAC, then you can contact the Local Area Coordination Service - Outer East Melbourne via the below phone number or email.

The National Disability Insurance Agency Provider support have also confirmed that our supports are claimable, however if plan managers are still unsure and are wanting further clarification, then they are able to raise a payment enquiry.
Please note the YR SPACE program does use the same ABN and bank account as Yarra Ranges Special Developmental School, as the Yarra Ranges Special Developmental School Council governs both the school and the program, however they are separate entities.
